3. Seasonal Availability & Shipping Schedule

  • Peony roots are shipped seasonally during appropriate planting windows.

  • Orders may be held until optimal shipping conditions are met.

  • Estimated ship dates are provided but not guaranteed.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive shipments.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated.

  • Payment must be received in full before shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders that cannot legally be shipped will be canceled and refunded (excluding non-refundable fees, if applicable).

6. Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by law.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of live plants:

  • All sales are final, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery, with clear photos.

  • Approved replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.
